Hope everyone is doing well. Hope everyone’s exams are stressing them out too much, just remember take breaks and be confident! You can do it!
This week i’m going to talk about one of the dreaded things, that is packing for uni. Its a daunting experience as you never know what you’re going to need or what you shouldn’t bring. I know it a bit early but if you’re anything like me then your brain is going nuts thinking of all the things that you might need, even if it should be on something else.
One of the most important things to remember is that if you use it at home regularly you’ll probably going to need it. Just to clarify i don’t mean things like beds or cookers, student accommodation will have them but small things like saucepans, crockery, cutlery, towels etc. Most accommodation will provide just a bed, storage items (Wardrobe, chest of drawers etc.) and basic kitchen and bathroom equipment.
Some things that you can definitely leave at home are Pets, expensive equipment that you may not need in uni and potentially dangerous items (E.g. Deep Fat Fryer)
Just something for you to think about!
Over and out
